Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all ticket sales through Edinburgh Music Theatre. By contacting us and placing an order for tickets, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions detailed below.
No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of a performance, prior to that performance.
If an event is cancelled, EMT’s liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and will be limited to the cost of the tickets purchased.
Handling charges and booking fees are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to check upon receipt of your tickets, that you have tickets for the correct production, date and time.
You can choose to have tickets posted (standard post) or to collect from the theatre.
EMT charges a handling and postage fee of 80p per transaction if tickets are to be posted.
All children, regardless of age must have a valid ticket.
Latecomers will only be admitted into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance.
No cameras, camera phones, video or audio recording equipment can be used in the auditorium.
Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory position of the consumer.
